Q. I don't have poles, can I hire them?
I have plenty of poles for you to borrow - there is no charge..
Q. Who walks with you and how long are the walks?
A whole variety of people who love walking and the outdoors walk with me! Ages range from mid twenties so far, up to 80 years of age. I have 1 hour walks, and also longer walks for the fitter walker, which can be hilly, flat or a mixture of both. Nordic walking is great for those who have fitness and or mobility issues, and my walks are tailored for those who prefer flatter and shorter walks. There are some runners who come on the Nordic walks as it is easier on the joints. For the more serious Nordic walker there will be a Ultra distance walk in September. In essence all walks vary in length depending on group ability. Walk are tailored to suit the group and individual needs and requirements.
Q. How do I get on the walks?

The same applies for those who have never tried Nordic walking, however the technique must be learned first so contact me to arrange.
